How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
After fulfillment, delivery times vary by region. Alberta orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Canada-wide delivery may take 5-10 business days, depending on locations.
Do you offer local delivery in Calgary?
Yes. We offer local Calgary delivery for a flat rate of $10 on orders over 50$. Orders under 50$ are subject to regular shipping rates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 150$.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we ship only within Canada.
Do you ship to Quebec?
We do not ship to Quebec.
Returns & Support
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of our cleaning formulations, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
