Refund policy
Due to the nature of our cleaning formulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
We may accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unopened
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before sending any items back to receive return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened cleaning products
• Used products
• Items returned without prior contact
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
